Error Cannot Create New Worksheet

Message: "Error! Blank worksheet cannot be created for new House of Quality!"

This error occurs when MS Excel cannot create a new worksheet. The two most common reasons are (1) the workbook is protected; and (2) there is insufficient memory to open a new worksheet (if you have a lot of sheets in the workbook). Either unprotect the workbook or use a workbook with fewer sheets.
