Add Group

From Excel click...

QXL Stat Tools Tab > FMEA > Add > Group (Function)

Add Group Dialog

Use this option to add new group(s) at the bottom of existing FMEA matrix.

  1. Number of Groups to add: Enter the number of functions / requirements that will be added to existing FMEA. The number of groups must be an integer greater than 0.

  2. Number of Failure Modes per Group: Enter the number of failure modes per group. The number of failure modes must be an integer greater than 0.

  3. Number of Causes per Failure Mode: Enter the number of failure causes per failure mode. The number of causes must be an integer greater than 0.
