Linear Tolerancing Sheet

QXL Monte Carlo Tab > Linear Tolerancing

Quantum XL has three linear tolerancing sheets available.

  • 20 Part Simple: Supports up to 20 parts, but doesn't include the advanced functionality in 20 Part Advanced.

  • 20 Part Advanced: Supports up to 20 parts and includes advanced statistics such as the ability to shift the mean.

  • 1000 Part Advanced: Identical to the 20 Part Advanced with the additional ability to model up to 1000 parts.

The linear tolerancing sheets work only for linear transfer functions, which are typically the result of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

To create a Linear Tolerancing Sheet, select Quantum XL > Additional Tools > Linear Tolerancing, followed by the desired sheet.
