Insert Group

From Excel click...

QXL Stat Tools Tab > FMEA > Insert > Group (Function)

Insert Group Dialog

Use this option to insert a new group(s) before the selected group in an existing FMEA matrix.

  1. Number of Groups to insert: Enter the number of functions / requirements that will be inserted into the existing FMEA (must be an integer greater than 0).

  2. Number of Failure Modes per Group: Enter the number of failure modes per group (must be an integer greater than 0).

  3. Number of Causes per Failure Mode: Enter the number of failure causes per failure mode (must be an integer greater than 0).
