Analysis Tools¶
QXL Stat Tools > Analysis Tools. Fifteen tool page sets, covering every command on that menu. Every one of them opens the same Data Selection window first, so the Source Data Formats page is worth reading once before any of them.
Capability¶
- Cpk/Histogram, the histogram with capability indices against your specification limits. Capability Analysis and Histogram on the ribbon both open it
- Capability Scorecard, one row per characteristic across a whole product or process
