Three commands: one that creates a scorecard, and two that chart the one you have.

New Scorecard	Creates a new workbook from the Scorecard template that ships with Quantum XL
Pareto All	Charts the parts, processes and performance metrics of the active scorecard as one Pareto
Pareto Rollup	Charts the four summary rows of the active scorecard as one Pareto

None of the three runs a simulation, and none of them reads a Monte Carlo model.

New Scorecard

Creates a new workbook from the file Score Card.xltx, in the Templates folder of the installed product. There is nothing to set and nothing is calculated: Excel is handed the template and makes the workbook.

Pareto All

Reads the active scorecard and charts every part, process and performance metric on it as a single Pareto, largest bar first.

It reads three blocks of the scorecard, the parts, the processes and the performance metrics, taking the name from one column and the number from the column beside it. Everything past the tenth bar is summed into one bar called Other.

The chart is titled Pareto Chart: Scorecard. The horizontal axis is labelled Part, Process, or Performance Metric and the numbers are dpu, which are the two column headings the report is built from.

The Software sheet is not included, and that is deliberate rather than an omission. The shipped Scorecard template does not point anywhere valid for it, so it has never contributed to this chart.

Names are grouped without regard to letter case. Two rows whose names differ only in capitalisation are one bar, and the bar is labelled with the first spelling that appears.

Pareto Rollup

Reads the four summary rows of the active scorecard and charts them as one Pareto, largest first. The chart is titled Pareto Chart: Scorecard Rollup.

The report worksheet

Both Pareto commands write a new worksheet named Pareto for followed by the name of the worksheet the numbers came from.

Neither command has an options window. The chart is drawn with a fixed set of defaults, so there is nothing to choose before it appears and nothing to set afterwards.
