QFD Error Messages

This section lists error messages you may encounter when using QFD in Quantum XL, along with explanations and solutions.

PCM Messages

• Bad Number of Requirements - Invalid number of requirements specified
• PCM Exist - A PCM already exists in the workbook
• PCM Internal - Internal PCM error
• PCM Edit Internal - Internal error during PCM editing
• PCM or HOQ Not Defined - Required PCM or HOQ not found
• No PCM - No PCM found in workbook
• Limited Requirements in PCM - Too many requirements for PCM

HOQ Messages

• Bad Number in HOQ - Invalid number specified in HOQ dialog
• HOQ Doesnt Exist - Referenced HOQ not found
• HOQ Internal - Internal HOQ error
• HOQ Edit Internal - Internal error during HOQ editing
• First HOQ - Error with first HOQ in sequence
• Limited Columns and Rows in HOQ - HOQ size limit exceeded
• Last Step - Cannot proceed past last step

Navigation Messages

• No Prior Sheet - Previous sheet not found
• Prior Sheet - Error with prior sheet reference

Workbook Messages

• Active Selection is Object - Cannot perform action on object selection
• Cannot Create New Worksheet - Unable to create worksheet
• Cannot Open New Sheet - Unable to open new sheet
• Fill Importance Rank First - Must complete importance ranking first
• New Book - Error creating new workbook
• Protected Book - Workbook is protected
• Protected Sheet - Worksheet is protected
