Add Failure Mode

From Excel click...

QXL Stat Tools Tab > FMEA > Add > Failure Mode

Add Mode Dialog

Use this option to add failure modes to the current group.

  1. Number of Failure Modes to add: Enter the number of failure modes that will be added to the current group (must be an integer greater than 0).

  2. Number of Causes per Failure Mode: Enter the number of failure causes per failure mode (must be an integer greater than 0).
