This section covers tools for analyzing and understanding your Monte Carlo simulation results in Quantum XL.
Running a Simulation¶
- Run Model - Run the simulation, and how the fast engine and Native Mode are chosen
Where the variation comes from¶
- Percent Contribution - Decompose each output's variation across the inputs
- Tolerance Allocation - Sweep each input's spread and report what it does to the outputs
Where the model stays in specification¶
- Latitude Plot - Chart where each pair of inputs keeps the outputs in specification
- Surface and Contour Plot - Plot the equations across a grid for each pair of inputs
Choosing settings¶
- Optimize - Search for the input settings that give the best result
